Default 2007 Sportsman 500 efi codes

I have a sportsman that runs but doesn't run right. It is pulling all these codes but it doesn't seam correct and i am wondering what it could be. Well here goes and any info or ideas would be much appreciated.

2007 sportsman 500 efi
Starts and runs mostly fine with the TPS disconnected, has the occasional flameout. Have ran it all summer and winter this way without much issue but the check engine light is on.

When the TPS is connected it starts and idles but won't keep running when the throttle is opened beyond 1/3 throttle. It will get to 4500-5000 rpm when not under a load and slowly brought up to the higher rpms.

The blink codes when ran are as follows:
41-IAT; 22-TPS high and low; 45 MAP low; 47 IAC; 51 injector short

I find it weird that all of these things would be wrong all together and am wondering if there is a common link that i am missing.

The polaris dealer has replaced the TPS, CPS, wire harness for sensors, traded out ECMs, stator, air pressure sensor, throttle body, and fuel filter.

Again any ideas or thoughts are greatly appreciated.

Matt

If the dealer installed the Polaris wiring harness kits for the map/tps sensors I can tell you right now they're junk. Still showing codes(45) looks like on the map sensor at least. You can try the map sensor harness kit alone or just get it and the tps harness kit from this place and hopefully solve the problem.Wish I had them years ago. Only The Best

I ordered all 3 wire harness kits this morning from OTB. Thank you for that advice. Last night after I posted I started reading the resistances over some of the sensors. The intake air temp sensor seams broke as it reads like it is an open circuit instead of the 2.4ohms it should. Found it for $100 but I am going to wait until I get the wire harness sorted out. The TPS is also reading 1/2 the Ohms that it should across all the pins, is that something I should be worried about?

Try the harness kits first and see if that solves the problem. Very rarely we had to replace a tps sensor or map sensor. If the tps adjustment is ever messed with, damage can happen to the internal spring.

So after a month I got back to the Polaris. Put in the map sensor harness and the tps sensor harness, still no change. Ordered a used intake with the tps, map sensor, injector and all the bits. Put that in and still no change with the symptoms. Anymore ideas?

At this point don't throw any more money at it. Pay the one hr labor charge to have it hooked up to Digital Wrench to help find the fault. This is the main down fall to efi systems. Only so much you can do at home with hand tools and a meter.
