I have a 96 scrambler with a DG pipe and silencer. I usually ride at ruffly 2480 ft above sea level. What jet size should I be running.
The temp. will range from 40 to the 90's in degrees but mostly around 60-80 now that summer is coming.

Also, what size should I use if I went to around 4000-4800 ft at the same temperature.

thanks for any help

You need to read your plug really to see if you're running too lean or too fat. Lowest would be 230 but you should be able to go with a 250 with an aftermarket pipe. I ran a 270 for awhile last year but it was in the fall so it was a little cooler. If you go up to the higher altitude drop your normal main down by 20.
