Question Radiator relocation

I have a 2000 Polaris Xpedition 425 that I am making a radiator relocation kit for and I am wondering if I have to move the filler neck up with the radiator or if I can leave it down where it originally is. Thanks in advance!!

Your talking about the overflow/Filler bottle? Its fine where it is since its water proof. I did many long deep crossing while kneeling on the seat and the bottle was submerged the whole time.
The bottle is well below the air intakes so its made to be underwater.

Ok that should also be water tight since its a pressurised cooling system . The whole rad is usually underwater in the deep stuff. Just keep the tube/hose connections tight.

I had my front rack under water while the ATV sat and idle for 5 minutes.

I'm saying do I have to move it up so its at the same level as the radiator cause right now it's below the radiator

The filler has to be level with or above the top of the rad.

Well it's stll low right now and I got it to take a full gallon of fluid not sure if it's burped or not but when I take the cap off when it's cold the antifreeze goes all over.

Not sure what you're asking now. The filler cap still needs to be level with or above the highest point in the system.
