I'm pretty sure Polaris makes an EBS kit for all models. I have seen it for a few but I would bet that they have them for all models. I have heard that they cost anywhere from $250-500. I don't know if it is worth it but some say it makes a big difference on brakes and performence.

Yes you can purchase/ install the EBS in your TB250, but save your money. I purchased a 1998 model new. I opt'ed for the EBS which does very little. It will start to hold back then release as the ground speed picks up. At this point, there isn't anything. Maybe it is because of the small 2-cycle. My guess is it might work better on the TB325 model 4 cycle engine. Before I purchased the EBS I spoke with a Polaris engineer. He told me exactly what I experienced.

If you don't have a low range, buying the EBS system is almost a waste of money. Even on models that come with EBS, it doesn't have a lot of effect in high range.
