Does anyone use any comm devices for talking with other riders while riding? If so what do you have and how do they work..

ive used them in the past on snowmobiles which is worse because of the cold. the biggest issues we had is the distance between the riders couldnt be too far away or you couldnt hear/talk to the other person. alot depends on the model you get. imo
