Default Please help, oil leak predator 500

I just purchased an 2005 predator 500. This thing is in excellent condition and runs great. The problem I am having is, once I ride it for about 20 min, there is oil everywhere on the top of the crankecase. I took off the starter to see if it was coming from the case and I do not believe it is.I went ahead and added a bit of JB weld to the seam just incase. I also took off the oil lines and replaced the
Copper crush ring washers. I changed the oil in the machine before I even road it and added 2-1/4 quarts. This is with both the case and the resevor being drained. The oil is still spewing all over and I can not see where it is coming from. UT once again, this only happens after about 20 minutesof hard ridding. It will not leak when idle. After spewing all of this oil out, I checked the oil again and it is over the full line. Please help.
BTW I highly doubt it is blow by from the rings, this thing runs mint and has plenty of power and doesn't blow any smoke at all.

Yes there is a vent line, unfortunately the thing is impossible to find where it is coming from. It will only come out when ridding it.

gotta look when riding and either stop right away to see the start of where it was about to spew or keep riding and watch where it spews

Oil tank too full can cause oil to go through the tank vent and into the air box. Follow this line and see if it's still hooked up or doesn't have a split in the line. Engine needs to be cranked up and warmed before you can accurately check oil level. Takes a little over 2 1/4 quarts. Here's the pdf section on oil change and how to check.http://polaris.hs.llnwd.net/o40/lub/...oil-change.pdf

I just checked the line and it is still hooked up on both ends I inspected it with no cracks in it at all, I also check the oil level again and it is still full amazing that I can lose that much oil and have it still fall

Did you drain both the engine sump and the oil tank? If not you'll have too much oil.
