Ok! We have a winner! Float adjustment was the key to this carb. Went out for a 2 hour toot and it worked as it should. So .... I can say that I'm finally content with the way it runs and drives. Caltric has been my go to for cheap parts, and I will continue to!

Think that's why people have had problems on aftermarket carbs. I wouldn't trust any of them to be adjusted right plus some have found trash in the carb bowls.Glad the float adjustment solved the problem.
