How do you tell the difference between a 2011 500HO & a 2011 500HO Touring?
I bought a 2011 Sportsman 500HO & the man said it was a Touring.I don't see it written anywhere so I thought one of you could tell me.

Touring means its a 2 seater model. It has a longer seat and wheelbase and backrest for a passenger.

 

The Touring model also has a passenger seat that can be taken off and put back on. Another way to tell is that, at the rear of the footwell there is a higher place for your passenger to put his/her foot. Don't remember the wheelbase numbers between the 2 machines. Something like 52" for the one rider, and 57" for the Touring.
