is there a bigger carb I can use on a 325 trail boss can I use a bigger diameter exhaust pipe to gain power

 

Wouldn't waste my money on trying to boost up up the Trail Boss. Not many if any aftermarket parts for this low powered utility machine.Use it as it's designed for or jump up to a larger machine.

 

Rick Ritter used to sell kits that helped it some. Think he also had a bore kit for them too.

But like OPT says, there's not a lot that will really make these things a powerhouse. The money spent on mods would be better of just getting something bigger.

Spent $375 on a stage one kit for my 2000. Sounded nice, but was still getting left behind by others who had either bigger utility quads or faster sport quads.

 

don't really want a bigger one this is good enough just a bored hillbilly and i would like to make it a little better. Want to make a bigger exhaust don't no how big I can go
