1987 polaris trailboss wont start

Hey everyone I bought my first atv a week ago and love it
Worked great and i rode it for about an hour everyday ran perfect
Now when i use the electric start it cranks but doesn't fire up
I took out the spark plug which was gunked up cleaned it well then reattached it to the wire presses the electric start button and saw the plug spark, then I put a bit of fuel in the spark plug hole and put everything back toghether
And I still have the same problem, it cranks and cranks but doesnt fire up
I tried using and not using the choke, and letting it sit and trying again in case it was flooded, also tried pull start and no result, fully charged battery as well
Any ideas?

Replace a spark plug don't just clean one.On an old used 2 stroke like this the first thing to do after spark check is a compression test.100 psi compression or less then it's time for a new top end. Even if compression is over 100 psi two strokes were bad about the crank seal behind the drive clutch leaking or popping out. You have to have good top end compression along with a sealed bottom end to be able to compress the air/fuel/oil mixture properly so it will ignite. Also starting fluid is a fairly good test. If it won't at least kick off on that then somethings wrong.
