Default 2012 Sportsman 400ho top end rebuild

Posting this for a friend...

"Hi everyone have to rebuild the topend of my sons 400 (455) Sportsman MUD BOG RACER I'm going to bore it so what brand of piston is best suited for this engine it runs at 6500-7000 RPM is there one better for running at that RPM than another,if so which brand. Thanks in Advance. "

Still can't beat a Wiseco forged piston for the bucks. Only piston I think is actually stronger is an Elko made in Austria forged piston used in some Rotax and Ktm dirt and street machines.Never checked to see if you could get one for a Polaris atv.

I've killed 1 Wiseco in all my years...and it was my fault...
