Default eastlake axle

after killing a rear cv I went searching and got 2 complete rear axles and 2 bearings for 159 shipped.I ordered them on Tuesday and they were sitting on my step Friday. The axles look to be of nice quality and fit perfectly. The bearings also look to be of good quality. They also come with a 1 year warranty which of course does not cover boots.Supposed to riding tommorrow and see if they perform.

On "scrunched boots" you may have to remove one clamp and wiggle the boot around so it can pop up correctly. Sometimes a little low pressure from an air gun can pop these out also. Hated when that happened. Boots need to be on correctly or the ribs can wear against another rib and tear.

Clamps not fully tightened allowing the boot to turn or a little grease on the shaft or cv joint during factory assembly that can allow a boot to twist and scrunch up when you go to install it.
