OPT, if I replace all of the coolant lines with new and route them different to the rad do you think it will bleed easier.

As it stands you can't reroute the hoses as the filler neck serves as the fill and also where the return line from the engine ties into. The later 2005 system has it right,but radiators are different. Look at this cooling system break down compared to yours.

I'm gonna have the filler neck at the top with a shorter hose so hopefully it bleeds a little easier.

Here is the new setup. Hopefully I can get it to bleed.

Bleeding might be a pain but the fabrication does look good especially since you were able to to keep the original remote filler and radiator.Should keep cool with that ram air intake..

I just realized I have the two hoses on the filler cap housing switched.

Yes it will. Bottom hose on the filler neck goes to the radiator return nipple. The larger hose below the smaller reservoir return line goes to the thermostat housing nipple.Just like in the diagram.
