Did you ever find out the problem? Same issue on my 2016 110. Doesn’t even have many hours.

Default Check inside your kill switch

If anyone is still having the same problem and you’ve gone over all your connections then your gunna want to open up your kill/run switch and more than likely you will find your problem, usually a wire or both will have come unsoldered. Hope that helps some of you. GL

Default 2016 sportsman 110

I have had the same electrical issue as many have mentioned. I finally traced all my problems out to the ignition switch. May 30 2023

I had a similar issues, 2023 Polaris Outlaw 110cc EFI, it was the kill switch 'button' (the one that connects to the arm band) that was malfunctioning. The button depressed or not would not allow current to travel through. The wires to the switch were also soldered in placed, so it had to be the button (which I could not access to repair) so I cut the wires and connected them to bypass that button. Vehicle started right up after that.

To start, I used a multimeter to check for continuity (remember to disconnect from battery). I connected from the (+) red lead wire to the red wire going into the switch. I had continuity. I then turned the key to on position and check continuity from (+) red lead wire to the brown & white wire (after the switch) still good. I then checked the brown and white wire from switch to the kill switch button, all good. Lastly I checked from brown & white wire going into the kill switch button, to the black wire coming out. There I had no continuity.
