Default Polaris Predaor Help!

Hey guys so i just got done putting in a new transmission on my 05 predator 500 and I'm having some issues with putting the crankcase back together. I have the transmission in neutral and put the sides together and everything spins freely, but once I torque the two sides together the transmission binds up and wont spin at the input shaft. Anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

Needs to be in neutral. If it still binds up,recheck that bearings and shafts are seated, shift drum and forks correct, etc

Everything seems to be right, bearings are seated, have it neutral. The input shaft will spin when I put the crankcase together but as soon as I torque the bolts down it locks up.

Then something is still wrong in the gear cluster unless you've mixed matches cases from another machine.

Did the shift shafts fully seat down. This was a challenge with our tranny assembly.
Not sure if you have the same tranny as our 94.
