Trailblazer 250 starting problem

Can't hurt to check some of the obvious things - plugged vent lines to the carb, pop the primary clutch and check the crankcase seal (wet housing behind the inner clutch cover is a good sign you have a bad seal)

110 psi is over the 100psi minimum the manual calls for,but I've see them run at that and a tad lower if everything else was ok.If you still have a revving problem,have sprayed wd 40 or contact cleaner around the intake manifold and base gasket with no change in the engine,then I'm still thinking crank seals. Especially the troublesome one behind the drive clutch. Cheap parts that can cause problems.Polaris Trail Blazer 250, 1990-2006, Engine Crank Seals | eBay

I am having trouble taking the seal off in the stator side with the metal ring around it.Anyone have a way to do it? Thanks

Use drywall screws in the metal portion of the seal and you can usually just pull it out with vice grips.

Have you pulled the top cover off your throttle and check to see if the kill switch connections are touching. If they are adjust the cable just enough to put a nickel width gap between them and try that
