Used 40mm Carb Anywhere?????

I am looking for a used 40mm carb off a scrambler or any machine that would fit my '96 Sp500. If anybody knows where to get ahold of one If anyone knows where to get a HO cam for this too i would appreciate it. Thanks for ur help!!!!
