Replaced tbap harness,
replaced tbap sensor.
Replaced throttle body assy.
Ohmed wires AGAIN , back to the ecm. connector,
All are at 0.03 ohms resistance.
replaced ecm with known good one.
something is keeping it from fueling.
The injector is new,
The fuel pump,is new and holding pressure at 40psi.
not sure what it is.
I know I can make it run as long as long as I want to on wd40.

 

I wouldn't fight it. I'd pay an hr labor and let Digital Wrench have a go at it.
