Does spark color mean anything?

Just give it a shot of starting fluid through the back of the carb with the throttle pegged all the way. Let off the throttle and crank it over. If it doesn't at least try to run on this, then you need to check spark. Yellowish/blue color or blue spark. Still wont crank, then I'd still do a compression check. Simple engines but has to have compression, spark, fuel and air.

Once should be all that you have to go into a carb for. If the carb starts acting up install a good kit and be done with it.https://www.ebay.com/itm/Shindy-Carb...xVQazv&vxp=mtr Now go ride it and see how it does..
