had a steering problem pulling to the right, found the right front wheel very loose, hibbert clutch and bearings came out in pieces, replaced every thing in right front hub, inspected left side all good re-greased and put back together, also tested armature plates before assembly tight in awd and removable in 2wd. still have a real bad wobble, when jacked up give gas the front steering turns to right! What am I missing?

First off a light coating of grease or even just hub fluid is good enough to lubricate the hilliard and bearings on assembly. Use Demand drive hub fluid through the drain hole positioned at 12 o'clock position. Turn to 4 o'clock to drain excess fluid and install the allen head plug. Possible that you may just have a magnetized armature plate that will kick the awd in even if it's not in awd mode. Cheap parts, easily replaced. Also check for any damage to the hub strut sleeve and the face of the sleeve is in line with the inner strut pole. If the coil is still ok,the two wires leading to it should show around 25 ohms resistance. Pull the offending side back down and care fully look things over. If the armature plate sticks to the hub strut sleeve with the awd switch off,it must be replaced. Several videos that can help, but the manual(if you don't have it) really goes into good detail.2000 Polaris Sportsman 335 Service Manual PDF Download Videos are on different machines, but the hub system is the same.
