Nothing shuts off? Don't over look an ignition switch or left control switch or their wiring also. Fuse block may help on getting power to everything but sounds like you still have work to do.

 

Sorry I said that wrong I should have clarified. I mean when I turn the lights on it doesn't kill the engine like it did before how everything works just like you should after I rewired the tail lights Factory wiring they had some sort of weird toggle switch tied into the tail lights before
