Default Wow, check out the new RZR RS1

So you guys were starting to stress me out about buying my ACE, they're not selling, etc etc... Well it looks like Polaris thinks a single seat UTV is a winner. Almost can't wait to grow into it!

That looks like a lot of fun. It's the same width as most of the other RZRs including the 4 seaters. It's 64" so it wouldn't come close to fitting on the 50" trails I ride. It has just as much power as the RZR XP 1000. It's only around 29 pounds lighter but not having a passenger sure would cut the weight.

Looks awesome... I'm not thinking of getting anything else yet (hell I haven't had a chance to ride the 570 yet), and I doubt it would be something like this, maybe a tad radical for this old man. I might add a SXS to the fleet tho, we'll see.

It looks like a glorified Ace, nothing really stands out here.

But I prefer riding over driving, it’s not utilitarian, no thanks.

I guess i don't see the point. Its a rzr for someone with no friends. I like the concept of the Ace, mostly because of its 48 inch width. A one seater thats as wide as a rzr 1000 Xp seems silly to me. I'd rather have a 1000 S and be able to take a friend if i wanted and still spend less money. I have looked at the price of the new Ace 500 and locally, a dealer is selling them pretty cheap brand new, advertising for $4699 + taxes and fees. That's got me thinking about buying one. The 500 would be powerful enough for me. The 570 costs about 2 grand more. I could buy 3 Ace 500's for the price of this 1000cc Ace.

Looks like a lot wider than the Ace. Not sure how much was redone to make it 1 seat, but seems like it would have a lot more aftermarket parts and accessories than an Ace as well.

Never got the idea of having 5 or 6 seats in one of these. Might as well make a 4wd minivan.

As a FYI, I've ridden the 500 ACE on a trail (rental) it had all the power I needed running around The Black Hills one day. I bought my 570's because I got a super deal used for one with 30 miles, and one with 400, About what you're seeing new 500's for. I would have bought a pair of 500's at the time if I'd seen that deal. I'm pretty sure this summer I will be buying a sxs as well, mostly for friends that come out. Likely a used 570 or 800 RZR or Ranger.

I've always wanted to do a lap in a Formula One car, but don't think I have the reaction time anymore (and I've had a Carrera Turbo)... This bad *** machine falls into the same catagory, nothing good would come from it!

It may look like an overgrown Ace, but it's really just a RZR with one seat missing and the other moved over to the middle. A lot of parts should still interchange with the same size 2-seat RZR.
