Checked T-bap harness and all looks good, so will check tps also.
Just a shot...do you know how much antifreeze in a 2010 rush 600?
That's just it,the tbap and tps wires may look good,no cuts or abrasions, but pins can pull back from the connectors, wires can melt internally. You can also ohm the wires all the way to the connector pins, but if they've moved, same problem. Eliminate the fuel pump first. If you need one there are so many now on the market just get one that has the best warranty as they all are Chinese anyway. I don't do snowmobiles but here's a free owners manual and service manual.Use 60/40 they both say.https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=...wUX6rPpQMLVCqH

Just adding water wetter to sled and needed total capacity for mixing (can't find spec) anyway: pressure checked out at 39 psi so good . Testing the tps and get value of .88 closed and 3.88 wide open. Is that ok? I adjusted and those where the highest values

Things I noted: plugs fouled wet and black
battery tests weak on tester and weak on charge but turns over
small flames out throttle body when turning over Once and a while
been sitting all winter and was running, just idle was low and weak and needed throttle when started
didn't start then cleaned injectors on bench then did start first time (ran great) and after sitting hard to start, had injectors cleaned at shop and tested ok. now won't start
This is from one of your earlier posts. Did you replace the battery? If not that could be part of it.Wet plugs, backfiring out the back of the throttle body, erratic idle (if you got it running) but would run past idle were some others signs of a tbap harness problem. It may or may not be the cause, but if it's holding 39psi,then the fuel pump is ok.I'd still consider a tbap harness from otb.

AHHHHH!!!! after checking all the wires/ sensors I pulled the plugs and checked for spark again. Well I guess when I checked the plug wires I used the same plug for both, this time I checked both plugs....and the other one was not firing properly . Replaced and now it starts
Did you know the TPS voltage values? have 5v going in but only 3.8 out t open and .88 closed
Still is off at idle, its efi so should it not just start with a turn of the key and no throttle?

Thank you for your help

Don't mess with the tps setting unless you have the tool.. Like the manual says 85% of efi problems is in the wiring harness,NOT the sensors.. POLARIS RZR TPS Adjustment Tool (3 pin triangle) Plus you need the manual that shows the base setting IF you do mess with it.

Well got that message to late! Already pulled tps and cleaned. Did some research and found closed values of .71 and .73 +- .01 so set it at .72 (was at .77)............its never idled so good.
But think with all the moving around I might have pulled the T-Bap sensor wires......this will also effect the top end power? Will it always throw a code?
I ride a lot of stuff and have always found the overall power lacking for 800cc but have no reference ATV wise.

Electrical problems don't always throw a code, especially if it's an intermittent problem. It may show as everything being fine. I don't know what year they made the 800 an H.O. but it's always been 760cc IIRC. It should have the power of a 750, but not a V-twin.

If you messed with the tps too much like a lot of people have done you can screw up the internal spring. Then the $127 tps sensor with it's built in pig tail would have to be replaced... https://www.partzilla.com/catalog/po...-body-mounting
