Couple things it could be. IF you got one of those cheap Chinese stators on ebay, some are hit or miss.https://www.ebay.com/sch/3085561%20Polaris?rmvSB=true Same for the flywheel as a different model may not work if not the same number, plus the newer ones have been updated to enclosed magnets.

My new stator is from rmstator and the flywheel is update design of my original flywheel numbers and the pulsar coil ohm out good like I said it has spark but weak and it's got gas and if I spray starting fluid in the carb it'll back fired and start and run if I stay on the throttle but will not idle on it's own and if it dies it will not start back up on it's own and won't start on starting fluid unless it sits for a while I checked the throttle safety feature and it's not that I also check the kill switch on the lever it's not that not the four-wheel drive system due to it never worked when I got the bike and it ran just fine til the mud hole and stator wires cut could it be a bad cdi box like is there a way to test it

First disconnect the black wire from the reverse over ride(#30) and see if that solves the problem. If that doesn't help, disconnect the black wire from the cdi.IF that solves the problem then could be a problem in the ignition switch, left control switch or their wiring.Cleaning connections may help also.

I have replaced my ignition key switch with oem one thinking that was the problem due to if I played with the key it work catch but I have tried the black wire from the cdi box but I didn't try the black for the reverse and is there a way to disable the kill switch just case that's causing it because every now and again I have to play with it cuz if not the fan won't work

Pull the black wire from the reverse over ride module!! This may solve it. When you disconnect the black wire from the cdi you bypass both the ignition switch and the left control switch kill circuits. If you still don't have spark, plus coil resistance specs checks out, possible the problem is the cdi itself. That's why all the tests around it as there's really no good way to fully test one. Manuals call to replace with a "known" good one on cdis if everything else checks out. Easy for a shop to do but not the average owner. Again pull the black wire from the reverse limiter module as they can retard/cut spark if they fault which all of them eventually do. And the left control switch is another problem area on a lot of them over time. Check its connectors and grease. Use a little electrical contact spray in the cracks and crevices.

Oh ok I didn't know that the black wire from the cdi bypass them so if doin that and still nothing I eliminated the kill switch and the key switch and it's got spark it's just a orange ish color not the bright blue ish white spark and if I check that black wire from the reverse module and it starts and idle like it should does that mean I got a bad reverse module

A lot of people have been surprised when they eliminated the reverse limiter. Like I mentioned it can retard spark, kill spark on some when placed in reverse gear if it fails. This may not be your problem, but it's one of the things to eliminate. With both the cdi and limiter wires pulled and you've checked the ignition coil resistance, primary and secondary along with the plug cap resistance, the problem could be in the cdi itself or could even be in that new stator.Plus again make sure all your connections are clean and dry from going through that mud hole as you mentioned.

Oh before I replaced the coil it had a weak spark so that's the reason I replaced that
