Polaris AWD problem

Hi Mustangpaul, Well you certainly have a rodeo going on, Check to make double sure that the five roll pins on each side of the ring gear are indexing into the five recesses on each hub, if they are I would get a caliper and measure the new cage and compare to the old providing it's not broken, perhaps the new cage was miss packaged ? probably unlikely but worth checking. When reassembling the pinion shaft should turn easily both directions if you feel a tight spot than something is in a bind, also, turn the pinion at least four revolutions this will turn the ring gear one complete rev. Don't give up its bound to be something rather simple. Let me know what you come up with............

Just put a thin washer between the 2 wheel hubs where they meet, that gold coloured bushing I can move in and out a bit about 1/8th so I put a thin washer there and everything worked perfect.on Monday I will go to parts shop and get a good washer or a proper bushing like the one I have just a shade longer.question for you, on your 2 hubs where the axles go in, is one hollow on yours, you can see right through it, cause on the manual pictures for this bike it’s not?
