Hows it going everybody first post on the forum I'm from California foothills and I have an 05 Phoenix 200 that gets stalling after it warms up I have cleaned the fuel system and be through the carb this quad had been sitting for 2 year before I started working on it. It starts great real quick. It has good spark just replaced the plug it got me stumped any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

is the fuel tank vent clear and not crimped?

 

Yep checked that

 

I was starting to think it has to do with jet size and needle clip adjustment because I found a stick on the air box that say the factory jet size are good from 0-3000 ft and my elevation is 2600 so I regularly climb above 3000

 

could be the high elevation is making a huge difference.

 

So i adjusted the clip on the needle feels so much better gotta get some more gas today and find out how much of a difference it really made

 

hope it straightens out the issue with raising the clip.
