i have a 90 polaris scrambler,,,its hard starting,,but once it does ,runs fine for a few minutes,,and then under any type of gas it stalls,,,fires right back up...just boggs the motor out when i give it gas,,,,,if i let it sit overnight,,fires up and runs good for a few and then acts up again,,,,,should the cermic resistors get hot to the touch,,,,,

 

Is the choke on? My neighbor installed a new carb on his son's LT80...kept telling me it would run but when driven it would die...I pushed the choke lever down (off) and all was good...sometimes it's the simple things...
