running poor. Carb is clean, engine idles but run roughy just off idle while starting to accelerate. Float is level with body, new needle and seat, mixture screw at 2 turns. Seems to be running rich and the choke doesn’t change motor running if applied hot or cold. I’m trying to get the choke off But the wrench hits carb body and cannot turn brass nut loose. What kinda wrench do I use to get that choke off the carb
