The spring that sits on top of the diaphragm keeps coming out of the pocket it sits in and the atv will not hardly run. I have taken it apart 2 times and both times the spring is sitting sideways under the cover. I have looked closely at the diaphragm and don't see any holes. #40 in the photo. Any idea why this would happen?
