So today I bought a 2002 scrambler 50. It’s seems like it runs great .. fast for what it is.

Issues -

hard starting . Take a bit to get it running but once it starts idles fine right away.

I rode it for a bit and parked it in the garage and now the whole house smells like gas? What could be causing this fuel smell?? Running rich? By why smell when parked and off?

He he said he bypassed the oil tank and runs a oil/fuel mixture .

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
