Did 2013 Polaris scrambler 850 come with power steering

Got a 13 scrambler 850. Had eps light on only to find it had no eps installed. Is it easy to put eps on it and if so what is a good kit?

edited 1st message as I found out it has no eps so hence why the light is on... but is there a way to turn it off
