Default Throttle cable and carb question

On my 2002 Polaris scrambler 50 . The carb is leaking a lot of fuel out of the overflow on the bottom as long as the petcock is open and the quad is off. So instead of taking it apart and rebuilding it, I am just going to throw one of those Amazon / eBay cArbs on it until I have time to rebuild it. Anyone have any experience with these? I think it’s made by “ oriental power”

Also I want to put a single throttle cable in also at this time I am not Throttling the oil pump which is no longer being used. Anyone know which csingle cable works with this quad ?

thanks!
