Default New '18 570, Lightbar/Tire Q's

Hi all,
After having the same '97 Xplorer 500 since I was a kid, sadly she went out to pasture about 3 years ago, I figured it was time to get a new workhorse for our small family farm. I am picking up a '18 570 EPS tomorrow from the dealer. However, I do have a few questions for the community, as I haven't found the answers elsewhere. Maybe I haven't looked enough, or I'm blind, but hopefully ya'll can help me a bit.

I know the stock Carlisle 489s aren't the best tire in the world, but has anyone studded them before? What size studs if so?

Also, when it comes to mounting a light bar without the front bumper, I'm having a tough time picking a mounting location. Looking for ideas or pic's of what others have done.

Any help, tips or advice would be appreciated!! Thanks in advance!

Polaris does not give many options for the light bar with out protection from being beaten to death. I am going to see if I can match my front light with some LEDS. My brother did a light bar on his Honda now we all just ride behind him ! lol

The 489’s are too soft for studs, they will come out. A tire upgrade would be better.

i put a 6” lightbar in front of my upper grill, notched the top of the lower grill, makes it eadier to slide out when thewinch service needs done.
