My 99 sportsmans right hub engages by itself, after it sits on truck for a few days or in building a couple weeks, you take off and it starts pulling to right real hard you back a few
times and go forward and it ok. When I have it in 4 wheel drive and spining and then turn it off it is still engaged sometimes the owners book says that is normal, I just back and spin and its is ok.
I took the right side a part today nothing looks
wrongs. Can anyone help?

The first thing to do is change fluid in the hub, fill it with kerosene or solvent of some sort, drive it around a few minutes, drain that, put in new fluid, drive around, then drain that, and replace with fresh. Some people say Mobil 1 synthetic ATF instead of the Polaris hub oil will also help cure the sticky hub problem. Most of the time it is either gunk in the hub, or a bad bearing. If you had it apart & all looked OK, try flushing the hub, and double check to be sure the bearing preload is set right. Some machines are finicky & need the bearings set just right, where other people just slap them together and they work. You just may have a finicky one.

I would check the fluid in the hubs first and change it to Type F trany fluid. I had the same similar problem before and the F trany fliud fixed it. I would also see if after replacing the fluid if it continues to stick if the armiture plate (plate with the three teeth) is bend or the teeth are worn down. Also check the outer nut on the shaft alot of times if you do not tighten it properly it will cause the hub not to engage and disengage properly.
