The FMF silencer will fit the HPD pipe, very well in fact !!! It took a slight bit of tweaking to get things lined up, nothing too drastic, though.
It has a nice sound that's not too loud.

Jerry

I've got the 400 Sport in the shop now getting a new top end, it was .20 over its now getting the next size up. I think .40. Its got a DG pipe with broken welds on the silencer. How much are those FTR pipes and where can I get one. This is my first Polaris and I know nothing about them. I've raced a few modded Sports with the 440 and those Polaris's will fly. I think I might have been putting my money in the wrong machine.

97' Sport .40 Weisco? lightened flywheel, Delta-V, ported, domed, DG, modded air, all work done by RCR.

99' 440 12.5:1 JE, RCR port, 450/451 cam, modded air, DMC.

Robert:

When are we going to get together and ride? My bike is down right now, I removed my battery and starter, and will be sending the flywheel to HPD to lightened the full 2lbs. I also trimmed my plastic, cut off my nerfs and should be up by the end of May and ready to ride if it's not too hot.

I went to Glamis with Eric a week ago, man his bike flys!!!!

My email is Y2KB4K@hotmail.com

Hey Jerry, When did you move to Mesa?? I seem to remember you living in the central states... Am I halucenating or something????
I used to live in Tempe near Baseline & McClintock back about the time they filmed the movie "Used Cars" w/ Kurt Russel... Man that was a long time ago. Belive it or not there used to be orange groves all along Baseline in Guadalupe...
