Dont know about longevity yet, I've only made it to my first oil change. But I will say, it's one fun ride.
Mine is a 2018 570sp. The power steering is great, the EBS once I got used to it, is very nice, and it's really quick and nimble.
Have only taken it on one trail riding trip, but it hung with the big bore machines without a problem.

I have a 2018 450HO EPS and a 2018 570SP. Both have been good machines. My 450 is for the wife and my son in law when he sometimes rides and the wife doesnt. I ride with people with 700 plus machines. Both machines of mine lead the pack and go anyplace the larger machines go. I ride north Idaho trails that are steep and 50 inch. I hardly ever ride roads. My rides are usually 6 to 10 hours in a day. The 450 is also my winter snow plow machine leaving my 570 available if I want to go play in the cold.
So my 570 has 1200 miles on it and my 450 has 700 miles on it. Both have upgraded tires and I would say that is a requirement very soon since the 450 comes with 24 inch tires. My 450 has 26 inch on it now and my 570 has 27 inch. Neither need to be reclutched and have plenty of power. Both have winches and hand warmers. I have also upgraded batteries on both to 210cca.
My complaint with the 450 is the lack of engine braking. Most people say they hate the engine braking and they get rid of it but with the steep hills I use it a lot and am hardly using the brakes on my 570 but the 450 you have to use the brakes a lot.
my 450 gets amazing fuel economy and will run all day on a 80 to 100 mile trip with fuel to spare. My 570 does well but not as good. I still have no worries at 100 miles. I have other riders with large machines that are on fumes at 80 miles.
I am very happy with both machines but wish I would have purchased a 570 Eps instead of the 450.
good luck
