Take yours off. If the rattling stuff is inside it you can order what ever parts you need or buy a complete one. That's your choice. In either case it has to come off till you find the problem.

Nomicron99,

I've finally taken the secondary clutch apart. If you look at the part labeled 11 (Roller-Taper 3 SP-21, those are what was broken inside. All three of them are destroyed. Could this be the only issue? Also part 10 is the screw, special. I have no clue how to remove them as it must require a special tool or will have to be drilled out.

The screw should just be a Allen head. The manual says to heat up the threaded area to aid taking the screw out. They were put in with loctite.
The three broken rollers are probably the problem.
You can buy a rebuild kit( EPI) for about $100 that has all the parts you need except the one way bearing.

I'll look closer in the morning to see if they are allens. Looking at EPI website now and I found the kit. I didn't even know EPI exist so thanks for steering me in the right direction. I'll keep you in the loop just to do so. You've been a huge huge help brother!

I see the kits for after 7/1/03 (2004) and before 7/1/03 (2004). How the hell do I know when it was manufactured? I feel like a dumbass lol

I had to take the center shaft out of the clutch also to match it up to a parts drawing with what i needed. Mine is titled as a 2004 but i believe it is a 2003 sold in 2004.

Found it. The date was stamped right on the secondary clutch, 07/29/03. Kit is ordered and I confirmed that the screws are in fact allen heads. I relay as soon as I get completed with the repair. If this is in fact the complete problem, you've saved me a lot of money, thank you!
