It's fixed. I was able to finally install the kit Friday. Thank you so much for all of your help. You certainly saved me hundreds if not a thousand plus for steering me in the right direction.

One other thing maybe you can help... The rubber tube that hangs underneath, it fell off today. Is that something do to with pressure in the gas tank or something? Do I need to install it back? If so I need to find where it goes.
