We have two polaris sportsman 500s.
We had both batteries on trickle chargers while not in use.
For some reason now both batteries are dead??
Any info is greatly appreciated.

Either bad chargers or bad batteries. Check output of chargers and check load test on batteries. I have found even new batteries can have issues on ocassion. Some years back had a friend with a similiar issue, found much later that his charger was plugged into a socket that shut off with the lights in his garage. When he thought the battery was charging, it was only charging when the lights were turned on!
