I have a 2004 Trail Boss 330, I put a new carb in and when I run at half or higher throttle it starts to sputter. It was an old carb so I replaced it and I get the same thing. Not sure what I need to do to fix this.

Second I have an oil cooler fan on the oil cooler, it has never turned on and when I disconnect the sensor that fan turns on. What temp does it take to turn the fan on? The engine got to temp while I was working the carb issue.
