I am working on a 2000 sportsman 500 I have no power to fan i tryed jumping it and still no power i hooked a battery to the fan and it worked. The 4 wheeler just clicks when you hit the start switch. There is no power to the speedo or any of the instrument lights. Checked all the breakers they are good. Here is the kicker it all worked when I started I just replaced the radiator didnt mess with anything else.

 

Sounds like a wire got knocked loose somewhere.

 

did you make sure the wires to the sensor are hooked up. did you try jumping the solenoid to see if it will turn crank(assuming you have a fully charged battery)
