Hey I'm installing a winch on my 2005 Polaris Scrambler 500.

I'm at the point where I need to splice into my ignition wires, I need to distinguish what wire is only active when the key is turned on.

Any help would be appreciated!

 

just get a 12 volt light tester and test it for voltage with the key on. guessing the red/white or orange?
