Belt slipping after a foot of water?

Default Belt slipping after a foot of water?

I have a 2021 sportsman 570, I drove it into a puddle mabe 10 ft. Wide and about 1ft. Deep, barley over my floor boards and immediately had belt slippage WTF?! Anyone else have this problem?

I haven't experienced it with mine, but have heard about an inner clutch cover leak. I believe you need to pull the cover, both clutches, and seal it up.

Check to see if the CVT plug is loose or not threaded correctly. Check the bolts to make sure each is tightened properly. Don't overtighten. They strip pretty easily. If that doesn't work take the cover off and seal the rim of the cover before reinstalling. Silicon caulking would do the trick. Just don't get it anywhere else.
