2002 sportsman 700 skipping after warming up

I HAVE A 2002 SPORTSMAN 700. IVE OWNED FOR ABOT 3 YEARS. recently it will start fine, as it warms up it will start skipping then eventually drop to running on 1 cylinder then stall. i have replaced the coil, wires and plugs with all oem yet it still does it. when it quits you can let it sit for 5 minutes and it will start up again on both cylinders then do the same thing. any ideas? it really feels electrical, it feels like a skip in a car when a coil goes bad. the quad had the electrical upgrade on it when i bought it, so it has all ready been converted to dc ignition.
