2006 Polaris 500 sportsman EFI, Working on performance issues with this unit. The gas and fuel pump was badly contaminated. The fuel pressure regulator was broken with 1 of 3 plastic holders snapped off.
Was told this was a factory-new unit. and the regulator was zip tied in and the O-Ring was blown out. I have hit a brick wall trying to find the regulator housing replacement. Does anyone know of an after-market fuel pump regulator housing? Or an affordable fuel pump assembly replacement?
