Hello all. 02 Polaris Sportsman 700 Twin. This thing will idle all day but at 1/3 throttle it is like someone shuts the fuel off.

BTW: New Carb (Caltric) I know I know it's an aftermarket....

New upgraded ignition system - Stator, CDI, Rectifier, Coil, plug wires, plugs, etc...

It starts on a dime but will not rev past 1/3 throttle.


UPDATE: FIXED.: I cleaned entire carb again. Blow through air and carb cleaner. I set the pilot jet (small one that is slightly angled in the bottom middle of carb) to one half turn out from fully deated. I then tweaked the air fuel mixture to approx 3.5 turns out from fully seated. She fires up and screams like she is supposed to now..... Still a Polaris... I wont ever own one again. This one is a friend's. Thank God!
