ZORRO, YOU BIG GIRL !!!!! I fell off of the dock and into the boat and landed on my dive helmet (about a 5 foot drop). In the process I knocked the wind out of me and broke 3 ribs. I dove on that job and spent about 60 minutes in the water.
Yes, it was painful, but I went on and did the job inspite of the discomfort.
The lesson is:
THE PAIN IS YOUR FRIEND !!! IT LETS YOU KNOW THAT YOU ARE ALIVE !!!!

We are planning on being at the dunes somewhere around 1-2 pm on Friday. I will be driving my Dodge Dakota Quad Cab (dark blue) with my 400ex in the back and towing a trailer with a Scrambler 500 in it. We also plan on riding all day on Saturday. When are you going to be there?
