Hello everyone. 😊 I purchased a POS 96 Polaris sportsman 400 for a cheap price and I completely disassembled it. I rebuilt the engine and cleaned everything, painted the frame and now I'm trying to put it back together. I've got the engine and transmission back in, and I'm beginning to assemble all the related parts. My biggest issue right now is trying to figure out the wiring on this atv. I wasted $40 on a Clymers manual only to find out it doesn't include wiring diagrams for my machine. Does anyone have a resource for the wiring diagram on a 96 Polaris sportsman 400? Another question I have. Is there a way to eliminate the electrical hubs on the front of the atv and make it full time 4x4? Just wondering if anyone has ever tried it? Thank you for your help! I'm a mechanic with over 40 years of experience, just never tore into an atv before
