pudjumper, try calling B&J SpeedShop in Taylorville IL <about 30 minutes out of Springfield IL, only about 2 hrs from STL)I just bought a quad from them and am extremely happy. I posted a thread about it in the Buying ATV Forum.

They Carry Polaris, Yammys, Hondas, etc.. Think they are the only shop in Tville, but you wouldnt know it by their service 8) Also they gave me a better price than the big honda shop here in town (RTD Motorsports)..

I have odered stuff from Dennis Kirk for years. So has my father. We have ordered from the ATV, Dirtbike, Street Bike and Harley Davidson catalogs and have yet to be the least bit dissapointed. They have GREAT customer service.

Seems like lots of people have had that same treatment.
I'm always amazed when I read that some companies actually treat their customers like trash...I can't believe it! And I'll stay aware from now on.

This should be pointed out not only to the BBB, but also to the mags that this joint advertises in!

I have heard similar stories locally from a trusted source.

I just recently made a purchase from rocky mountain and I must say they were very professional. Top of the line products delivered in a timely manner. I'm planning on purchasing a set of ITP's next. They have free shipping and no sales tax. And on top of that they will send you a catalog free. Bottom line, the consumer has the power. The minute we turn that over to the supplier we lose. Its your dollar, feel good about your purchase and demand the service you so rightly deserve. Beefy250

I am still waiting for my Greydon Nerf bars from Team Factory Racing. It's been a month. They keep saying they are back ordered, then said they've been shipped. That's been almost two weeks. They charged my credit card right away.
Geez, I hope they arrive without a hassle.
Meanwhile, The DS and the Raptor ( just got it yesterday) are an awesome new page in our four wheeler odyssey. The Sportsman H.O. sits mostly, but gets used for chores, and an extra ride for whomever. Skyler and I are rippin' it up on our new hot rods. They are both great machines, tons of fun, real power, great handling. Both needed tweaking, and responded beautifully. The DS is better for us big guys, the Raptor is rockin' for Skyler, who is all of 85 lbs. almost 13 years old. He has the skills and is riding as well as anyone I know, even though Yamaha attorneys would see him on a Breeze. The only breeze this kid is getting is when he's catchin' big air on his Raptor!!
No Brand loyalty here, we want what works, and ride what rocks!! Anyone who bashes any of these great quads is just jealous.
