I just thought I would let everyone know what crappy experience my brother had today with this mail order co. My brother ordered 4 tires friday and had them sent to his work, Upon arrival today, the 2 rear tires which were shipped were the wrong size. Well no biggie he called to ask for an exchange, The owner who took his order said that he has been selling parts for 29 years and there was NO WAY he sent the wrong tires, So he would have to pay for the return shipment and in turn pay for the shipping on the correct tires, Well it turns out on his bill he was billed for 22's but was shipped 20's?? So who is at fault?? Neddless to say when he called back and explained again he didnt think it was fair he had to pay for two more shipping charges for there mistake the owner said he was sick of nickle and dime mother-f***ers, and proceeded to yell obscenitys over the phone!! So a quick call to Visa canceled this jerks payment and they said they would let them know in writing if they wanted there products back they should seriously consider sending UPS thereself!! Its amazing how some twits treat there customers, I just thought I would give a heads up to anyone who has seen there ad's in D.W. and thought of placing an order, On the flip side he does have his tires coming, Only now from MOTO-MAN

This is the 2nd time I've read bad experiences with Team Factory Racing on the connection.

I think it is good that people express there satisfactions or disatisfactions on the net. I find that it is hard to find competent companies to deal with these days in general. The net is a good tool to get the word out if you were truthfully wronged.

I called Victory Lane in Dupo, IL to give me a quote to bore and drop in a new piston, rings and wrist pin. He quoted me a price of $300, I figured $50-70 give or take. After I took it in and they tore it apart they called me with a $550 price. That is $50 less than double the phone quote. I wanted to tell him put it back together, but then I figured he would probably charge me $200 to do that plus paying someone else to do the work.

Next the service manager told me it would take 1-1 1/2 weeks to do the work. I called him 1 week later and he told me that I was 2nd in line it would be done in 2 days tops. That was fine. In 2 days I called and he told me that he got busy with oil changes and to give him another day. No problem. I waited 2 days to call him now he tells me that his supplier sent him the wrong piston. Now I'm pissed. Being a service manager he should have checked the parts when they came in period. I'm going to Little Sahara this coming Thursday (he knew this from the begining) and he's telling me that it won't be ready until Wednesday. Something tells me that the Polaris will not be going.

To sum it up, Victory Lane's service department needs a service manager, if interested please call.

It really is sad to see smaller co's like these with terrible customer service, Ive dealt with HPD and Bobs Cylcle supply for most everything Ive needed the last few years, Ive ordered stuff before that just didnt end up being what I wanted and they have graciously taken it back no questions asked, With that in mind they have contiued to take my money for the endless amounts of junk it seems I am ordering from time to time, It just really seems ridiculous to treat customers or potential customers with such disregaurd. This is a great place to let fellow riders know who to stay away from and who really is a step above the rest.

Factory Racing are the biggest bunch of crooks in the game. I ordered some merchandise from them last summer. They sent me faulty parts. When I called them, I got the same treatment, screaming, yelling, and cussing from the guy who claimed to be the owner. I posted on another forum about my experience, printed it out, and sent them a copy. A couple days later, there was a message on my answering machine from a guy who claimed to be an attorney for Factory Racing, and they were suing me for $250,000 for slander. I called the supposed owner, told him to kiss my butt, and if he didn't make things right, I would find other forums to tell about my experience. He finally told me to ship the parts back, at my expense, and he woulod replace them. I did so. Four months later, I got the same exact parts, in the same exact box on my doorstep. I called them back, quite furious. They told me tough luck. Finally, I went straight to the manufacturer of the merchandise, and told them my story. They paid for me to ship the product to them, and they replaced them. They even told me this isn't the first time Factory Racing screwed people over, and they were yanking their product from them.

Don't buy from Factory Racing.

I ordered from them once....never again. I did'nt get what I ordered and was treated in an unprofessional manner.
On the flip side, I just got 2 large shipments in Friday from Rocky Mountain ATV and Moto-Man....order was correct and timely. Thumbs up!

Places like that make it bad for the many of really great places that are out their. My local dealer (Moto Vation here in PA) and they have been great from day one. I started off just looking and testing out a few differnt models til I finally decided on one. I always get the same service whether I buy somthing or just go to hang out a little.

I have never ordered from factory racing but have from Dennis kirk and have friends order from ritter. Both companies have great service. Dennis kirk had my parts to me in 4 days after I ordered. Ritter is supposedly have the best customer service. They personally anwer all questions you have.
